Penn Yan Public Library is the state-appointed Public Access Law Library for Yates County. The extensive law collection is available to all patrons and includes in-library access to the LexisNexis legal research database and New York State’s digital law library. Users can search for information on site and save it for personal use in a variety of ways: by printing selections, by saving them to external devices, or by sending them to themselves via email.
